How is a Virtual Event with Visit.org?

Our virtual experiences are designed to foster meaningful connections while eliminating the common logistical challenges of online events. Visit.org manages all event coordination to ensure a smooth experience for both your team and our nonprofit partners.

Event Timeline:

  • Pre-show briefing with Nonprofit Partner: ~30 minutes prior
  • Certified Host leading the experience with Nonprofit Partner
  • Live event structure:
    • Welcome & Introduction
    • Experience or presentation
    • Reflection or discussion
    • Closing remarks
  • Post-show debrief (optional): ~30 minutes for feedback and Q&A with the nonprofit partner

Booking Details – What we need from you

When planning your virtual event, please ensure you provide:

  • Any special requirements or technical needs we should be aware of (conference rooms connections, translations, incompatibility with certain conference tools, etc.)

  • If you want to provide any words to the participants at the beginning or ending of the event
