How to choose my experience
We’re so excited that you’re interested in booking a meaningful and fun experience for your team with Visit.org! Whether you're looking for a virtual event or an in-person gathering, Visit.org offers a variety of impactful options that will help you create memorable moments while supporting important causes.
Here’s a simple guide to help you choose the perfect experience for your team, step by step. Let’s get started!
Log In to Visit.org and start your journey
To begin choosing your experience, simply log in to the Visit.org platform.
Once you're logged in, head over to the Discover section on the left side of the navigation page. On the right, you'll see the option to Search All Experiences. Or, feel free to explore curated collections based on different impacts to find something that fits your team’s goals.

With so many incredible experiences to choose from, we’ve made it easy to find the perfect one for your event! You can use the Search bar or explore the All Filters feature to narrow down your options.
What should you consider?

- Online Experiences: 100% online experiences for virtual and remote-based teams
- In-Person Experiences: Your team will be interacting with each other 100% in-person at a designated location
When browsing in the experience page, you’ll see the Nonprofit fee listed on the right. If any kits are included, you can add your participants to calculate the final fee. Remember, this fee goes directly to the nonprofit to cover operational costs, so your support truly makes a difference.
Under each experience title, you’ll find helpful details including location of the Nonprofit, duration, capacity, and language, and on the experience page, you’ll also discover:
- What You'll Do: Detailed description of the experience and agenda
- Agenda: A breakdown of the schedule.
- Location: Where the event will take place
- What Else You Should Know: Everything you should know before booking the experience including logistics, pre-work required before each experience, etc.
- Social Impact Areas Supported
- SDGs supported: The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals supported by this experience
- Non-profit: A brief description of the Nonprofit you'll be supporting and more experiences they do
Choose a few options, and take some time to read through the event pages carefully to select a winner and ensure that everything aligns with the impact and experience you want to create for your team.
Note: If you need Experience Suggestions, just send an email to customersuccess@visit.org and simply share a few details with us:
- Impact Area: (e.g., Black History Month, Earth Day, Women’s Day, etc.)
- Format: (Virtual or In-Person)
- Participants:
- Location:
- Additional Comments: (Anything specific like STEM, Kit-building, etc.)
