How is an In-person Event with Visit.org?
Visit.org offers a variety of in-person experiences designed to support your team’s social impact goals. Our team manages all logistics so your participants can focus on engaging meaningfully with the experience
What to Expect at an In-person Event
Event Timeline:
- Visit.org staff arrival: ~2 hours before the event start
- Certified Host leading the experience
- Pre-show coordination with Nonprofit Partner: ~30–60 minutes prior
- Live experience: Main portion of the event
- Cleanup & wrap-up: ~1 hour after conclusion
Visit.org’s in-person experiences vary in format and length. Details for your selected event—including duration, setup needs, and agenda—are listed on the Visit.org platform. If your agenda is not available, your CSM can provide additional information.
Booking Details – What We Need from You
When scheduling an in-person event, please provide:- Exact venue address
- Point of Contact for the event (name, email, phone)
- Any access instructions (parking details, building entry, security procedures, etc.)
