How to manage your event & registration
As an Admin and Manager user, you have the ability to promote upcoming events directly with your team(s).Whether you’re looking to share event details or track registrations, here’s how to do it efficiently.
Start by navigating to the Company Events page and click on the event you want to promote or manage:
All your Upcoming events will be displayed by default, but you can view Past events by expanding the filter to the right of the Search bar under Events.
How to Share Upcoming Events
To share your events with your colleagues there are two way to do it through the URL shared in your confirmation email or directly from to Visitapp.
Once you have the link, you can share it with your team(s) via email, messaging apps, newsletter or any other communication tool you use.
Note: To ensure you’re sharing the correct link from the Visitapp, avoid copying the URL directly from the browser’s address bar. Instead, use the Sharing icon on the event page. This method guarantees that registrants can join the event properly.
How to View Event Registrations
At the Company Events page, click on the event you want to review and you'll be able to see the Event Menu on the left side bar:
Click Dashboard to access the Registration Management section, where you can track all registrant activity. To view the full list of registrants, click on the number of Seats Filled. You will also see options for Waitlist and Canceled registrations.
On the Registrants page, you will see the First Name and Last Name of the Registrant as well as their Email, Date and Time of registration, and their Attendance status.
Other Actions
As an Admin or Manager user, you have several additional actions available on the Event Dashboard to help you manage event registrations. These actions are easily accessible on the right-hand side of the Registration section. Simply hover over the icons to identify each action. Here’s what you can do:
Add a new registrant

Click Add Participant to manually add a new registrant to your event. First Name, Last Name, and Email are required to confirm their registration.
Download a list of registrants

Click the Download CSV option to download a CSV list of all current registrants of your event.
Message registrants
- You can also send a message to all current registrants of your event. Click the Message Participants button, then enter your message in the pop-up. Format as needed, then click Send. Your message will be delivered to the emails of all current registrants.
Bulk Upload

The icons for these actions are located on the right-hand side corner of Registration.
These additional actions give you more control over event management and streamline the process of keeping your registrants informed and organized.
By following these simple steps, you can share event details with your team and manage registrations with ease. The additional actions available on the Event Dashboard further enhance your ability to ensure smooth event planning, efficient communication, and maximum participation.
